Judith Selberg

Judith (Judy) Selberg of Waukon, Iowa passed away September 3, 2023, at the age of 77 in Waterloo, Iowa due to natural causes. She was born on August 7, 1946, in Postville, Iowa to Charles and Gladys (Shafer) Klocke. She graduated from Waukon High School. Judy married Roger Selberg on June 29, 1963, in Waukon, Iowa.

Judy was employed by Central High School and later the Good Samaritan Home in Waukon Iowa.

She is survived by her two sons, Wayne (Kim) Selberg of Waterloo, Iowa and Craig Selberg of Waukon, Iowa; two granddaughters, Amanda (Bryan) Benson of Waterloo, Iowa and Britany (Chad) Barthel of Cedar Falls, Iowa; four great-grandchildren, Elijah, Ryker and Maverick Barthel of Cedar Falls, Iowa and Quinn Benson of Waterloo, Iowa; a brother, Roger (Delores) Klocke of Waterloo, Iowa and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Roger Selberg in 1989.

Graveside Service: Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 11:00 am at Waterloo Cemetery, 1830 Kimball Ave., Waterloo.

Celebration of Life: Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 12:00 pm, at Hope Martin Park on Fletcher Ave, in Waterloo.

Memorials  can be directed towards the family to be sent in her honor for Alzheimer’s/Dementia research.
